Default A few new laws to take effect Jan 1rst, a few driving ones, we need to know..

http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=new...ect+jan+1+2011

They will begin ticketing, even though we don't know about these..Im providing the search on this one..because their is more information in it-
ATL has added 2 traffic court-rooms in preparation..These broke states need money and these will be STRICTLY enforced...So look into them, for the sake of our wallets..

May want to check you local state websites- cause these will be about cross the board, state to state..Like no more getting caught in intersection, turning..You stop midway now, at the midian (this is gonna be a hot mess) but it's the law..A few others too...Deffinitly worth looking into..

and let me say, some of these new laws are just a way the cops can stop and ''see your papers'' - they're gonna make driving as invasive as flying..and thisa is baby steps..They will begin setting up ''sobriety check-points'' - the times they are a'changing..Eventually ALL forms of travel will be out-lawed or so unconfortable, we wont do it-

That's why the power of government needs to be limited. They do things simply because they need money or are to lazy to do their job right so they take short cuts. It becomes about control and justifying their own existence.

All part of their agenda but you remember the blow back on Carter when that happened before. This will be worse because people are already in low tolerance mode.

The Dem controlled states will be the worst hit which will be contrasted with conservative states. Some state governments will fall into bankruptcy and there will not be a bailout. Dem Party could totally implode with the crazies they have in charge now. Very possible Dem party will fall to third party status with a new moderate party with conservative Dems and Liberal Republicans coming into play.

I hope so super- I could take the liberal republican, and something like the Tea party

This story is about ''over zelous'' check points...City's have agreed to enforce these for a little extra federal money (unconstitutional mandates are always reated this way)..Now these city's have created a mess for the states they're in with precedent, and the district courts are fixing this, Jan 1, 2011..

Enforced STATE WIDE..

Governments at all levels are going to be strapped for cash so they will be pushing the envelope to get it. Expect fines for everything under the sun and intrusion into peoples lives especially in very liberal areas. Even libs will be pissed.
