Default ~Giant Squid Caught In Florida~

Okies, since fishing is a sport (sort of) and this is the outdoors section, I decided to plunk this here.

Three fisherman in Stuart, Florida were in for a huge surprise when searching for a catch off Jenson Beach this weekend.
They found a 23 foot long, 200 pound squid floating dead in the Atlantic.
Giant squid are known for being an elusive and mysterious creature, and very rare for these waters.
According to the Florida Oceanographic Society, squids can grow up to 45 feet long and weigh up to one ton!
Yowzers!!!

No word on how this squid died. (like I care)...creepy big fella!
Photo attached....I would be skeered to have somebody haul this thing into a boat with my ass in it...I don't care if it is dead ~LoL~

There are no Okies here yet. There's some Texans, some Floridians, some Yankees, a superpsycho and a California person. But no Okies yet.

These things pop up every couple of years, don't they? Squid is a nasty creature.
